Share your time and energy with an elementary school student, grades 4 through 8 during school hours. Additional Requirements: A Mentor is a friend, someone who listens, someone who encourages, a role model, and someone who helps the mentee discover their talents and abilities. Also, a mentor is someone who consistently communicates to the mentee how important they are, a cheerleader and someone who helps to empower the mentee.
