Mentor Superior

Mentor Superior's mission is to assist eligible youth in their development into healthy and contributing members of society by offering mentoring programs which foster relationships with positive adult role models. Mentor Duluth started in 1938. In 2012, the Leadership Superior-Douglas County program identified a need for a mentoring program in Superior, WI and approached Mentor Duluth to join the collaboration. Mentor Superior was founded.

Mentor Superior is an affiliate of Mentor Duluth. Mentor Duluth is a collaborative of seven youth serving agencies around Duluth and Superior. We match positive adults with young people between the ages of 5-18. Our mentors are asked to be a role model, guide, resources and,  most importantly, a friend to their mentees. Our matches are based on shared interests between the youth and adult. We ask for a one year commitment and 8-12 hours a month.
