Simple acts of kindness reaching our community. NOAHH (Neighbors Offering A Helping Hand) is a partnership between community members and Outagamie County Department of Health and Human Services to assist DHHS clients meet their needs. A county worker alerts the Volunteer Coordinator to a need. The coordinator then reaches out to NOAHH partners to help fulfill that need. NOAHH partners are generally groups such as churches or businesses that have a membership base, but individuals are also welcome. Needs may include new or gently used furniture, kitchen items, bedding, clothes, etc. There is no time commitment - just share the need with friends and coworkers to help find the needed item. Being a NOAHH Partner is an easy way to fulfill your mission of serving others in the community. Become a partner! Sign up to be a partner or look at our current list of needs at: NOAHH
