Legal Guardian

Legal Guardians are appointed by the court to act as an advocate for a person who has been found to be incompetent. Responsibilities can include overseeing the individual’s welfare, making personal decisions on their behalf, and managing their assets. Guardians may be appointed in charge of the person, estate, or both. Guardians will be matched to a ward based on their preferences. Complete the work around your schedule.
