We are seeking a part-time volunteer bookkeeper to track and manage financial records using QuickBooks and produce accurate financial reports. S/he will work closely with the Executive Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The volunteer Bookkeeper is responsible for the following:
- Work with the Executive Director to complete the setup of QuickBooks
- Enter information into QuickBooks
- Coordinate QuickBooks and bank account reconciliations, invoices, accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, and general account management.
- Update, track, and provide regular financial reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
A competitive candidate will have the following background, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other standard business applications.
- Experience in nonprofit bookkeeping and operations/finances.
