To serve on the Board as a voting member, to develop policies, procedures and regulations for the operation of Community Benefit Tree Inc., to maintain, develop, and update long-range plans, to monitor finances of the organization, its programs and performance, secure and ensure adequate funds to support the operations, to supervise and evaluate the Executive Director, and to fulfill the Mission of the organization.
TERM: Two year commitment with expected regular meeting attendance. Meetings are scheduled on the third Friday of each month.
