How do you spell "independence?"

Join Homme Home staff and residents to find out just how many ways you can say and spell independence.  This actifity is designed to challenge residents to find the right word while reflecting on and reminiscing about Independence Day.  Volunteers assist residents to and from the program.  During the game, volunteers assist residents as needed.  When the fun is over, volunteers will assist residents returning to their rooms or transitioning to other activities in the building.  The ideal candidate for this activity is able to provide support to residents in a small group setting, pay attention to multiple details at one time, and offer gentle encouragement as needed for successful participation in the game.  All volunteers must complete an application and pass a background check prior to volunteering.  Contact Frances or Devin by phone at 715-253-2125 or email at francess@homme.org or devinm@homme.org for more information or to receive volunteer paperwork.
