Join us from 9:30 am - 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 12 to tend gardens with residents at Homme Home for the Aging. This program will be led by Homme Home staff. Volunteers will act as the hands and legs for residents who need assistance to successfully tend our gardens. Volunteers will also assist residents to and from the program. Ideal candidates for this position are able to walk and push a wheelchair, enjoy spending time in the garden, and feel comfortable chatting with residents. All volunteers at Homme Home need to complete an application and pass a background check. Contact Frances or Devin by phone at 715-253-2521 or email at francess@homme.org or devinm@homme.org for more information or to receive volunteer paperwork.
