Volunteer to help The Waukesha Salvation Army as we hold our biggest and most famous fundraiser of the year - our famous Red Kettle Bell Ringing! We are looking for volunteers to drive ringers to their sites around Waukesha County, pick up ringers when their shifts are complete, and change out kettles at the end of schedule shifts. You must be 21 years of age or older, have a good driving record, a pleasant personality, and be able to pass a background check and reference check. You must be comfortable driving 12 passenger vans in wintery conditions.
We need volunteers Mondays - Saturdays, from November 4 - December 23, 2017. Morning shifts are from 9:00am-11:00. Evening Shifts are from 5:00pm-7:00pm. There is a possibility of extra driving shifts as we near the end of the season.
This is a great opportunity for long-time residents of Waukesha County who are familiar with the main roads and highways. Ideal for former delivery drivers, UPS drivers, Fed-Ex drivers, Postal Carriers, etc. Select Season paid positions will also be available for those willing to work 5 or 6 days per week.
