The focus on the volunteer opportunities includes removal of buckthorn and garlic mustard weeds as well as general trail maintenance. The fall 2015 and spring 2016 activities will include planting native shrubs and trees. Work days are held on the second Saturday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the park. Volunteers gather at the parking lot located at 914 Union Road, Oregon, WI 53575. Additional Requirements: No requirements. All volunteers sign a form to be covered by insurance and receive safety glasses and gloves. Equipment is provided. Orientations are conducted for new volunteers.
