Volunteers provide sales work with the ability to assist customers with their purchasing needs. This is an in-house retail environment offering many gift items to staff as well as visiting families, friends and the public in general. Our hospital gift shop is warm and inviting. Volunteers who assist in this area enjoy the opportunity to help people find that perfect item for their ailing loved ones.
Additional Requirements: Volunteers who support this area must have:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Very good phone etiquette
* Very basic computer skills
* Excellent math & money skills
* Be 18 or older
