The ushers responsibility is to greet patrons as they arrive in the lobby or house- answering their questions, letting them know about any special things going on that night, as well as giving information on show length and intermission.
Remain attentive and available for any patron who might need assistance with finding their way out of the theatre during the performance.
After the show ushers are asked to collect playbills from those who wish to return them.
As well as, help patrons exit safely and clean up any debris left in the theater to prepare for the next performance.
