About the Role
We’re looking for two energetic and friendly interns to help run our summer banana stand at the Sunday Market in Cameron Park. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
*The role will start on May 31st, and end on August 30th*
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve chocolate‑dipped bananas with assorted toppings
- Operate and maintain the banana stand throughout each shift
- Handle money and transactions efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Create a welcoming, upbeat environment that encourages customers to stop by
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
What We’re Looking For
- Bubbly, friendly, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, food‑service environment
- Reliability—especially on Sundays
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fun team atmosphere
