Food Pantry-Guest Services Attendant

As our Food Pantry Attendant for Guest Services, you will be in charge of a variety of operations that will assist our team in working more effectively. This role will require good communication, customer service & access control monitoring.

• Attend to parking lot issues and assist clients/participants as needed outside.
• Assisting the Food Pantry with shopping cart dispensing/retrieval, avoiding missing carts.
• Provide Pantry clients with a line number before doors open and provide general information while waiting to enter. 
• Monitoring hallways and securing doorways that are left unattended or open. 
• Guiding Pantry clients to restrooms with a pass during service hours and ensuring to redirect them back to that department.
