The City of Beaver Dam Community Activities & Services Department is located at The Watermark, a community center. The purpose of the Welcome Desk Assistant is to greet all patrons with a smile and be the first impression of The Watermark. Volunteers will assist with participant check-in, answer the phone, perform light office tasks and computer work, handle small cash transactions and ensure program coordinators have their supplies.
The Welcome Desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. We offer two shifts, 8am-Noon and Noon-4pm. Volunteers can choose their shift and the day of the week they would like to work.
