As a fundraising / grant writing volunteer, you will work with our resource development team to ensure New Leaf Foods’s access to financial resources which fund our projects and events. You will have the opportunity to help the team find grants to apply for and will assist in writing and editing grant applications. Team members also brainstorm and manage fundraising campaigns, and come together to conceptualize ways to monetize events to expand outreach for our mission. We are looking for someone with some previous grant writing experience for this role!
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Researching grants for our organization to apply for
- Writing and editing grant applications
- Keeping in contact with donors and sponsors
- Crafting fundraising campaigns
- Monetizing events
- Soliciting for donations from sponsors
