Join us as we sort and wrap incoming gifts for children and seniors through our Holiday Match Toy/Gift program! This program matches donors with families anonymously to provide gifts for the holiday season.
Volunteers assist in the sorting, checking, and organizing of incoming gifts. Volunteers also write holiday cards and wrap gifts for seniors.
This is a great group opportunity!
COVID-19 Protocol
We have the following measures in place to protect participants, volunteers and staff:
- Employees, volunteers and participants with a fever or cold and flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches are not allowed in the building.
- Keeping a daily log of all who enter the building (time, name and phone number to facilitate contact tracing if needed).
- Masks are required (Worn over the mouth and nose) for participants (the only exception is when a participant is eating or drinking).
- Masks worn over the mouth and nose are required for employees and volunteers when in common areas.
- Daily temperature checks (contactless thermometer) are required for employees and volunteers.
- Additional masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, temperature testing (contactless thermometer) and sanitizing wipes are available at the front desk.
- Regular disinfecting of the common areas, tables, door handles, and restrooms.
- Require social distancing practices of maintaining a minimum of six feet from one another (individuals who are sheltering with one another may be closer than six feet).
- Eliminating the sharing of pens, paper or other materials.
- Discontinuing coffee service and other shared food or beverages.
Suspending the cancellation fee for program registration refunds until further notice - please seek care & stay home if you are ill!
