Western IT-CSS students are hosting their annual Student Run Help Desk, open to the community!
Also, consider initiating or tasking your students with completing a ticket, a call, or email. We are operating in a hybrid model this year which means that we will be working both virtually and open for walk-in customers on Tuesdays from 2-5pm and Fridays from 9-Noon. Consider the following:
- Software training and/or questions on all applications or devices
- Software upgrades
- Trouble-shooting hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, or smart phones
- Security/Virus Checks
- Special projects such as database development, spreadsheets, etc.
- Wireless networking issues
- Other questions –give us a shot
