Western IT-CSS students are hosting their annual Student Run Help Desk, open to the community! 

Also, consider initiating or tasking your students with completing a ticket, a call, or email. We are operating in a hybrid model this year which means that we will be working both virtually and open for walk-in customers on Tuesdays from 2-5pm and Fridays from 9-Noon. Consider the following:

  • Software training and/or questions on all applications or devices
  • Software upgrades
  • Trouble-shooting hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, or smart phones
  • Security/Virus Checks
  • Special projects such as database development, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Wireless networking issues
  • Other questions –give us a shot
