Widening the Circle

What does resilience mean to you?

This year's 14th Annual Widening the Circle Conference will be held in the Myrick Park Center just north of the UW-La Crosse Campus. Our conference will look a little different than years past since we are reducing the breakout sessions to a minimum. We will still have several amazing speakers to help educators learn how to be more responsive to indigenous youth in supporting and cultivating resilience, an important characteristic in thriving through trauma.

With this new venue and schedule, we are now limited to a certain number of participants. Our hope is that to provide the most valuable experience, participants plan to attend both days. We understand if this is not possible, but encourage you to make this conference of best use to participants and to other attendees when there are group discussions.
