Description

In this session of Grassroots in the Garden: Growing Community, you'll help clean up and prepare the Seymour Park Food Forest for the start of the growing season. We'll also be planting blueberries and learning how to start off their growth strong. This kind of maintenance is important for the plants, but your hard work wont go unrewarded as you'll get some coffee and other treats for your efforts.

Register here.

This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather and bring gardening gloves!

About: Grassroots in the Garden is a series of FREE community workshops open to everyone. You'll get to learn gardening skills from a mentor and get hands-on practice with them by caring for the plants of the Seymour Park Food Forest.
