This event takes place the first Monday of December (December 2nd, 2024) for families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. The event takes place at Mayo Clinic and consists of a dinner and short service. This is an evening event, and we request that volunteers arrive an hour before the event start time. Volunteers would be asked to welcome and direct families. There is often a craft activity, which we would like volunteers to assist with. Due to the sensitive nature of this event, we strongly prefer volunteers who have a background in loss. Students who are seeking degrees in therapy or medical fields may find this opportunity valuable.
