The Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention (Alliance) is an Eau Claire County community-based coalition. The Alliance brings community volunteers and other community groups together, helping to coordinate and support county-wide efforts. All work toward the common goal of substance abuse prevention and treatment in our community. Members represent a wide range of knowledge and local insight from healthcare, education, law enforcement, government agencies, policy makers, faith communities, community service organizations, businesses, and concerned parents and youth.
Our Vision- A community culture free from the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
Our Mission- To improve the lives of children, youth and adults by mobilizing communities to prevent and treat alcohol, tobacco & other drug abuse in Eau Claire County.
