Independent Living Resources

ILR is committed to community diversity through advocacy, choice and education resulting in empowerment for individuals with disabilities. ILR has been providing information and services to people with disabilities, their families and the community for over 20 years, and at least 51% of the ILR staff and Board of Directors must be people living with a disability.

ILR is an independent living center that provides a multitude of services for people with disabilities to 13 counties. We provide many services, including our core services of information and referral, peer support, independent living skills training, and advocacy. We also provide assistance with benefits and have an assistive technology loan program.
