Who We Are
We provide housing and services for seniors in a non-profit faith based retirement community. Marquardt was established by the Moravian Church in 1968,when our nursing home opened it's doors for 60 residents. We were the first nursing home in the state to offer private rooms. Our community has grown and continues to serve seniors of all Faith's.
What We Do
We provide housing and services for 650 residents in our community. Services include: home health, hospice, supportive home care & lifeline. Our residential services include independent housing, assisted living,skilled nursing and rehabilitative care
