Who We Are
As a community member, Iola Living Assistance provides quality care in a safe, dignified environment. We value the life experiences of our elders and strive to support their abilities and independence. The organization began in 1920 as a private hospital and became a non-profit in 1947. There were several building projects over time, the nursing home was added, the hospital was closed, and Living Oaks residential care apartments were added in 2007.
What We Do
Iola Living Assistance LLC is a not for profit corporation located in Iola, WI. We offer continuity of care with independent living apartments, assisted living, and a skilled nursing facility with rehabilitation services. Residents are provided with a wide range of personal services and support to remain as active as possible. Programs are developed to support their social, emotional, spiritual, creative, and physical activity needs. The community of Iola is very involved and supportive of the facility.
