Dane County Foster Care

Dane County Foster Care is a team of professionals dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families during challenging times. We recruit, train, and support foster parents who provide safe, nurturing homes for children who are unable to remain with their families. Through partnership, advocacy, and ongoing support, we work to help children maintain connections to their families, schools, and communities while pursuing safe and lasting permanency.

Dane County Foster Care provides safe, temporary homes for children and youth who cannot safely remain with their families. We recruit, train, license, and support foster parents while working alongside birth families, relatives, and community partners to help children achieve permanency and stability. Our goal is to keep children connected to their families, schools, and communities whenever possible while ensuring their safety and well-being.
