We offer our residents support by providing a safe, stable environment where families can take a breath and regain confidence to grow and thrive. Support includes physical resources, individualized case-management, a faith-based environment, prayer, and community. Additionally, SFTSM strives to empower mothers. Through our accountability driven programming, SFTSM educates, models, and encourages healthy habit formation and practical knowledge to help pull and keep families out of poverty.

SFTSM is a live-in transitional housing program that supports and meets the needs of homeless moms and their children while empowering them to break free from cycles of hardship and poverty. We help moms set the groundwork to build a brighter future for themselves and their children!
