Who We Are
The FIERCE Foundation hosts the annual Children’s Business Fair, a one-day marketplace where young entrepreneurs ages 6–17 launch real businesses and gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship. Volunteers help support youth vendors, welcome families, assist with event setup, and encourage the next generation of innovators.
The foundation also partners with Acton Midwest, a licensed learner-driven early childhood program in Onalaska serving children ages 2.5–5, and supports youth entrepreneurship experiences including summer camps for elementary-aged learners.
What We Do
Volunteers play an important role in creating a supportive environment where young entrepreneurs can shine. From event setup and welcoming families to judging businesses and encouraging participants, volunteers help make the Kidz Biz Fair a memorable and empowering experience for youth.
