We are a membership association for all Federally Qualified Health Centers in Wisconsin. Our mission is to improve health through the work of Community Health Centers and their partners. We envision a future where all individuals and communities in Wisconsin achieve their highest health potential.

We provide support to Community Health Centers throughout the state of WI.
