They operate Monday – Thursdays, no major holidays. Drivers pick up the meals for delivery at 11:00 a.m. and are usually back by 1:30 p.m. Most drivers help once a week. Drivers deliver meals to homebound individuals unable to prepare meals for themselves. Receiving these meals assures these seniors proper nutrition as well as the independence to remain in their own homes. It also provides a daily check-in and gives these seniors human contact and a smile.
