Opportunities From: Volunteer Wisconsin

CSD provides our youth patients prizes for good dental hygiene appointments, as well as the significant achievement of completing their treatment plans (and all necessary restorative care). CSD has an ongoing need to restock our prize supplies. Volunteers can support this by helping to purchase prizes at local stores or on our Amazon Wish List (https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3VMEASIS6QH8T/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex)

A donation of $250 will help cover the cost of this opportunity and can be discussed with CSD. 

Community Smiles Dental hosts two signature fundraising events each year - Laugh for a Smile (in mid-April) and Cheers to Community Smiles (in early November). We need a number of volunteers per event to assist with guest relations, guest giving, logistics, raffles, etc. This is a great opportunity to support a large community event and help CSD raise much-needed financial resources for our clinics. 

Specific event dates and roles can be discussed following initial volunteer inquiry. 

We are looking for adult oral hygiene supplies to give out at outreach events we attend in the community where we spread our mission and teach adults about good oral health habits.

Specifically we are looking for:  

1.  Adult "soft" toothbrushes individually packaged not more than two brushes per package

2.  Adult toothpaste

3.  Floss individually packaged

If your organization is able to host a drive to collect these items for us, we would love to then engage up to five representatives from your organization to come to our clinic to assemble adult goody bags filled with the items you collected and learn about our mission. We will supply the bags.

We are looking to make 200 goody bags. 

If your organization would prefer for us to purchase the supplies, a donation of $1,000 would help us to purchase these items.

We are looking for kids oral hygiene supplies to give out at outreach events we attend in the community where we spread our mission and teach children about good oral health habits.
