Welcome patrons to the Victory over Violence Gala & Auction, register and give guests their patron packets (program, bid card, name tag). Promote guests filling out an Express Check Out form with their payment information and signature for easy check out at the end of the evening. After guests have checked in, you will assist with organizing and filing guest paperwork.
Must be able to sit up to two hours. Please, wear a white top or blouse with black pants or skirt.
Subs and water will be provided for all volunteers.
Training and walk-through will be provided for volunteers at the location of the event on Tuesday, March 8 from 4-5pm.
