Join us from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 to enjoy the bounty of summer! Join our residents to sample summer berries and share memories of berry picking and other berry related adventures. This program will be led by Homme Home staff. Volunteers will act as the hands and legs for residents who need assistance to get materials during the program. Volunteers will also assist residents to and from the program. Ideal candidates for this position are able to walk and push a wheelchair, are familiar with basic food safety procedures, feel comfortable visiting with residents, and love watermelon. All volunteers at Homme Home need to complete an application and pass a background check.
