This person would work 5-10 hours per week under the supervision of the Executive Director. Hours are flexible. Performs administrative and office support activities for Executive Director Duties may include:
- Fielding telephone calls
- Returning calls
- Word processing
- Filing
- Faxing
- Extensive software skills are required utilizing Word and Excel,including Mail Merge activities
Additional Requirements:
1. Must have good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher and Power Point helpful.
2. Able to do mail merge between Word and Excel
3. Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
4. Writing and typing skills
5. Flexible and able to adapt to quickly changing environment and priorities.
