Heritage Hill relies heavily on volunteer support for many community events throughout the year. While the number of these events continue to increase, the number of private events is even more significant.
The events department is seeking an ongoing volunteer pool to assist with our growing number private events. These shifts would very in duration dependent on type of event, consist of mainly weekends and evenings.
These events would consist of mostly weddings, as well as community events such as Bourbon, Music on the Green, Hops, etc.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring the event space is clean and organized
- Maintain venue including cleaning floors, windows, etc.
- Observing to event safety protocols
- Participates in events planning, set-up, production, and take down
- Aids with administrative duties related to event preparation, including working with associates, organizing appropriate registration, and gathering required materials
- Late nights and weekend availability
- Heavy lifting
- On feet for prolonged time
