Holiday Folk Fair International, America's premier multicultural festival and a program of the International Institute of Wisconsin, celebrates the cultural heritage of the people living in southeastern Wisconsin. This year is the 76th anniversary of Holiday Folk Fair International. As we celebrate this year’s theme, “Celebrate the Culture of Diversity,” will allow Fair-goers the opportunity to learn the ways in which diversity and its symbolism is incorporated into the music, food, dance, arts, and crafts of Holiday Folk Fair.
This year, the event falls on November 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. The Fair relies on the help of volunteers and we are looking for individuals who want to be involved in this year’s events. We need help with a number of critical duties to ensure the HFF runs smoothly. Volunteers assist in a number of ways, including:
- Volunteer registration
- Food and beverage sales
- Greeting and assisting guests at Guest Information
- Teaching short lessons, reading stories, and demonstrating crafts in the Education Area
Come volunteer with Holiday Folk Fair and celebrate Milwaukee's cultural heritage!
