Set Up Team

Assist with setting up the event.
Servers/Bartenders
March 5th 3:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-10:00pm
Serve appetizers, beverages, dinner & desserts.
Coat Check Attendants
March 5th 4:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-10:30pm
Collect coats and give out coat check numbers to guests.
Silent Auction Hosts
March 5th 4:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-10:00pm
Monitor the silent auction tables.
Bathroom Attendant
March 5th 4:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-10:00pm
Maintain a clean bathroom facility.
Clean Up Team
March 5th 4:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-10:30pm
Assist with cleaning and take down duties.
