Volunteer: Adopt-A-Highway Clean-Up

Join our Environmental Justice Task Force in cleaning up a segment of the highway! There are three opportunities in 2026 to help clean up your local environment. All supplies are provided. AGE REQUIREMENTS – All two-lane highways, participants shall be at least 11 years of age or in the 6th grade. 

Date(s) and time(s): Saturday, May 30th, 9 to 11 AM | Saturday, August 8th, 9 to 11 AM | Saturday, October 17th, 9 to 11 AM 

Please note that back up dates for inclement weather will be the following Saturday of each scheduled date: June 6th, August 15th, and October 24th

Location: State Highway 54, Section: State Highway 172 to County Highway GE

Parking: We will meet at the Oneida Public Utilities parking lot, 3759 W Mason St, Hobart WI, 54155.

We currently have an active Transformational Justice Committee & Spiritual Leaders Caucus.  In 2024 we will be adding our Housing Task Force once again, along with an Integrated Voter Registration Team.  We are currently looking for leaders to run the Housing Task Force and Integrated Voter Registration team.
