Who We Are
LIFT is a Program through SWCAP that is a collaboration of county governments and regional agencies working to improve and coordinate passenger transportation in Southwest WI.
What We Do
LIFT Coordinates existing transportation services in SW. We are a community-based initiative serving people in need of better transportation in the region.
