Who We Are

The Violence Intervention Project, Inc. believes no one deserves to be beaten or emotionally or sexually abused. Therefore, our Mission is we will create change by offering help, building hope and supporting families and communities.

What We Do

The Violence Intervention Project is a bilingual, non-profit organization that serves all of Kewaunee County. Services are free and confidential. Services VIP provides are a 24-hour Helpline (offering crisis intervention and information), individual advocacy (provided to victims and their children), weekly support groups (women's support group with a children's support group at the same time), transitional living facility (provides affordable housing, support, community connections, options and advocacy to women and their children), speaker's bureau/protective behaviors presentations (provide speakers for schools, churches, business, etc.)
