Who We Are
We are a team providing care for terminally ill patients to make it possible for the patient to remain in their homes. Volunteer provide comfort by visits, reading or visiting with patients so families may have some respite time.
What We Do
Aurora at Home - Hospice provides services to a patient with a limited life expectancy. Quality of life, symptom and pain control as well as emotional support are out objectives
