Boys & Girls Clubs Of Barron County

Our Mission at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Barron County is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most to reach their dreams and full potential as caring, productive, and responsible citizens. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Barron County has been in operation for over 10 years and has grown from operating out of the upper floor of a store in Rice Lake to having six sites. The Cumberland Youth Center was opened in February 2011 and the Club moved into the Lincoln Clubhouse in September 2011 which allowed our membership to grow. The Barron High School Site was added in 2012.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Barron County offers after school programming to youth in grades K-12 in three different school district across the county. In Rice Lake, we have an elementary site, a middle school site, and a high school site. We have two sites in Barron, one in the middle school and one in the high school. In Cumberland we have a youth center that serves grades 5-12. These six sites across the county allow the BGCBC to serve over 1000 youth every year.
