Who We Are

House of Hope provides a safe and supportive place where youth and young families experiencing homelessness will become confident, independent, and successful members of our community. We envision a future where every child knows what it feels like to have a home.

What We Do

House of Hope serves young people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Our programs are opening doors for the most vulnerable members of our community.
  • Housing Stability: Case management, housing, and financial assistance for youth and families with children.
  • Sustaining Hope: Ongoing supportive resources to ensure basic needs are met and stable housing is maintained.
  • The Drop-In: Safe space and supportive services for youth ages 12-24 experiencing housing instability.
  • Community Outreach: Outreach to connect people experiencing homelessness with resources.
