Lily Hospice

Hospice is specialized care for individuals with serious illness when the focus shifts from quantity of life to quality of life - prioritizing comfort, dignity, and meaningful time with loved ones.  Lily Hospice is an independently owned hospice based in Wisconsin. Our team includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.

Some of the most meaningful moments in healthcare don't come from treatments; they come from human connection. At Lily Hospice, our goal is to make the end of life as comfortable as possible by providing care that is personalized for each individual, addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We believe that each person deserves a peaceful and dignified transition. We emphasize our patients' quality of life instead of the duration and strive to make this experience more inclusive rather than isolated - recognizing that even small moments can be meaningful. We provide comprehensive support to both patients and their family so that no one has to navigate this journey alone.
