HCRC is one of the leading non-profits (30 years strong) in Green Bay & Brown County offering services under 4 pillars: Mental Health, Home Visiting Programs, Community Outreach, and Howe Community School collaboration. Our mission is to ensure that children and their families are safe, healthy and ready for academic and life success.
HCRC programs have assisted children and their families in finding a place to belong by removing barriers to basic needs and services, and overcoming obstacles through their life journey. Through these programs and services, we have assisted families in becoming active and thriving community members within Brown County.
