Melanie Bloom serves as the Volunteer Connection Coordinator and is based out of the Volunteer Center of Washington County. In addition to Volunteer Wisconsin, Melanie serves as the Media Coordinator for the Volunteer Center of Washington County where she manages marketing, public relations, web design and fund development initiatives. Melanie also provides program support to the Volunteer Center's 64 member agencies and volunteers throughout Washington County. Furthermore, she manages the website for the Volunteer Centers of Wisconsin Association (VCAW).
Rachel Manuel Bruns is the Director of Volunteer Wisconsin and is based out of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee. Rachel works with Volunteer Centers, nonprofits and our partners throughout the state to promote volunteering, and provide training and resources on volunteer management. Rachel is working on developing the infrastructure of Volunteer Wisconsin for long-term sustainability.
